Winter always reminds me of death. Of fallen leaves and spooky evenings. Of deserted forests and dark oceans. Of gossamer night gowns and dimmed candles. There's always a sense of loneliness, of innocence leaving the soul. But it's so poetic, that loneliness, and so beautiful.
