Back in the simple days, a skirt had one hemline. It was either short, knee-length, or maxi. The statement of each skirt was straightforward, the intent clear. A short skirt meant "Look at me!" and a long skirt said "Yeah right, dude." Oh, if only those days were still here.
But alas, today's skirt is not so easy to decode. Perhaps it makes sense for the dead of winter, when the weather is below zero (well, at least for most of you, not me) and we're just dying for the sunny days of summer to be here again, to long for a skirt that shows off some leg without freezing our butts off. Hence, the magical
indecisive skirt, which acts as two skirts in one! Tres magnifique!
