Wonderland

I'm currently watching Alice in Wonderland (the Tim Burton one) and while it is certainly quirky - it is Tim Burton, after all- I am absolutely enthralled with the costumes. The mixture of Victorian dresses and fantasy creates for some truly fabulous dresses, that's for sure. And the Red Queen's very Elizabeth I - inspired frock is stunning.

Continuing on with the princess theme, I couldn't help but notice that many of the Spring 2011 Couture shows showcased some rather princess-like gowns. My mind started reeling and imagining the Disney princesses in these modern-day-fairytale dresses.
